How do I configure users and rights?

Ariadne has a user and group management system comparable to that of Windows NT. Users can be grouped together in groups. Each user or group can be assigned different rights, called grants in Ariadne, on each 'directory' (any object functions as a directory).

You can assign grants in Ariadne via the grants dialog, reached through the 'Set grants for ...' menu option. Grants can be assigned to groups and to users. For more information take a look at the user management tutorial and the grants tutorial .
